If you provide any Unboxing Video, the Requirements would be the following:
- It clearly shows the outer packaging.
- Demonstrate the opening process and the product’s condition.
- Capture the entire unboxing process.
- Clearly display damaged or missing items.
c. No Video, No Claim:
We require an unboxing video for all claims to ensure accuracy and expedite resolutions.
